Exchange Policy
At Time Master, we want our customers to have a smooth and trusted shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request an exchange as per the policy below.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange request is accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice included.
Exchange Request Time
Customers must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear unboxing video is required for all exchange claims. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product clearly visible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Products will not be eligible for exchange if they are used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, missing accessories, or reported without proper proof.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you with the exchange process. After we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement will be sent based on product availability.
Product Availability
If the same product is not available, Time Master may offer a similar product of equal value or provide store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping Charges
In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, exchange shipping support will be provided as per approval from our team. For other cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Time Master follows an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved by the company in exceptional cases.
