Conditions for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition

  • Product is unused and in original packaging with tags

  • A proper unboxing video from start to end is provided

Store Credit Option

If the requested product/variant is unavailable, we will issue Store Credit equal to the order value. This can be used on any future purchase on TimeMasters.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without packaging or missing accessories

  • Damage caused after delivery
